Payal Henssens, President, NCG, CLPF
Payal Henssens joined Complete Probate Administration in January 2016 and is now Partners with Frumeh Labow. She has previous experience in the hospitality, marketing, finance & tax fields. She combines her customer service with financial knowledge in assisting our clients daily needs. She is a Professional Fiduciary and has spent several years educating herself with Probate codes and social work and has a wide variety of combined skills. Mrs. Henssens is a graduate of Les Roches, Hospitality Management in Bluche, Switzerland.
Frumeh Labow, Ambassador
Frumeh Labow, Ambassador to Complete Probate Administration, which she founded in 1985, brings over thirty years of social work and her expertise. Prior to that she was employed in various capacities by the County of Los Angeles in the Department of Public Social Services and later in the office of the Public Administrator / Public Guardian where she became Supervising Deputy Public Administrator/Public Guardian. At that time she supervised eight deputies and clerical support staff and was responsible for approximately 1,300 decedent estates and 300 conservatorships. Mrs. Labow is a graduate of the University of California. Ms. Labow brought Payal Henssens onboard in 2016 as her partner to continue her legacy and ensure the wellbeing of our clients.
Melissa Sandler, MSW, Geriatric Case Manager
Melissa Sandler joined Complete Probate Administration in 2021, bringing over 20 years of diverse social work experience with older adults, psychiatric patients, developmentally disabled adults, and end of life care. She is a MSW Geriatric care manager that graduated Phi Beta Kappa from UC Berkeley. Before returning to Los Angeles, Melissa earned her Master of Social Work and a Certificate in Jewish Communal Service and Judaic Studies from the University of Michigan, Ann Arbor.
Isabel Sauceda, B.A., Geriatric Case Manager
Isabel Sauceda has recently joined Complete Probate Administration and comes with 20 years of experience working with the elderly and disabled community as a service coordinator in the Los Angeles area. She was a member of the American Association of Service Coordinators from 2014 to 2021 and participated in the Professional Service Coordinator Program offered in partnership with The Ohio State University College of Medicine. Ms. Isabel’s experience includes, conducting biopsychosocial assessments, providing urgent services to elderly who experience abuse, and coordinating of services for the elderly and disabled adults and their families. She received her degree from California State University, Chico B.A in psychology and minor in Chicano Studies.
Kathleen Hyatt, Geriatric Case Manager
A native Californian, Kathleen Hyatt has worked in gerontology for the past 16 years, 14 of which have been spent as a case manager at Complete Probate Administration. Prior to joining Complete Probate Ms. Hyatt served in a gerontology crisis center. Ms. Hyatt received both a Bachelors degree and a Masters degree in psychology at the University of Colorado and a Certificate in Gerontology from the University of Southern California Leonard Davis School of Gerontology.
